The Update

I’ve had this little tug on my heart for a while now. You know that feeling when something in your life doesn’t quite match the season you’re in? That’s how I’ve been feeling about my podcast.
When I started recording a few episodes of The Fiddle Leaf Effect, I wanted to share stories of growth and the ripple effects of marketing and business. And I loved that. But over time, I realized something important: I get to make this business, this podcast, whatever I want it to be.
And what I want is to show up in a way that feels real. That feels connected. That weaves together the two things I care about most: motherhood and marketing.
Why the Change
I spend my days growing businesses through Fiddle Leaf Marketing. And I spend my nights (and mornings, and everything in between) growing two little humans. Both jobs stretch me, teach me, and make me stronger in ways I never expected.
So why separate them?
The truth is, motherhood and marketing overlap more than we give them credit for. Both are about problem-solving on the fly, juggling competing priorities, finding creative solutions, and celebrating wins—big or small. Both require grit, resilience, and a whole lot of heart.
Introducing Roots & Realities
So here it is: Roots & Realities: Stories of Motherhood and Marketing.
This podcast is where I’ll sit down with women: stay-at-home moms, full-time founders, and everyone in between, and have the conversations we’re all craving. The honest ones. The messy ones. The ones that remind us we’re not alone.
Because at the root of it all, what we want is connection. And the reality is, life is equal parts challenging and beautiful, exhausting and rewarding.
My Why
I’m rebranding this podcast because I want to fill my days and my time with things I truly care about. I want to use my voice to make a difference, to empower women, to validate the hard work we do, and to celebrate the strength it takes to show up every day.
I believe in building businesses with purpose. I believe in raising kids with love. And I believe we can hold space for both.
Come Sit With Me
If you’ve listened to any of my first episodes, thank you for being here at the very beginning. And if you’re just finding me now, welcome. My hope is that this podcast feels like sitting down with a friend, coffee in hand, swapping stories that make you nod your head and say “me too.”
Here’s to the roots that keep us grounded and the realities that shape us. I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.
