Fiddle Leaf Marketing was founded in 2024 by Emma Huschka during her maternity leave, driven by a vision to build a business that created space for both motherhood and meaningful work. With years of experience leading paid social strategy at one of North America’s top digital marketing agencies, Emma brings deep industry knowledge and a clear understanding of what it takes to drive real growth.
Today, Fiddle Leaf is a boutique team of experts handpicked for their talent, heart, and shared commitment to help businesses grow. (We also have a soft spot for female-owned businesses!). We believe in doing great work with great people and building partnerships that truly make an impact.

When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing?
I love spending time with my husband, Taylor, and our daughters, Lily and Emery. I also teach barre3 a few days a week and enjoy getting outside, diving into a good book, and going to a happy hour.

Who is a woman that inspires you and why?
I love following Reshma Saujani and seeing what she’s done to empower young girls in tech and help reshape the workplace for mothers. Supporting women in business, especially moms, helps create a space for balance, creativity, and impact.

What part of your job makes you excited to start the day?
Working closely with Emma! We worked together for 6+ years at our last agency and I’m so grateful to continue to learn from her and help her grow her business.
