I’m Emma, and I started Fiddle Leaf for founders like you.
I’ve spent over a decade in performance marketing, most recently at one of North America’s top digital agencies, where I built the department of account managers, strategists, and creatives that managed 1,000 clients and millions in ad spend across a broad range of industries. After having my second daughter, I started Fiddle Leaf because I wanted the next chapter to look different: smaller, more focused, and built around the founders I’d loved working with most.
Today Meghan runs search, Mia leads creative, and I get to spend most of my days helping women-led brands grow. It’s honestly the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done.
Championing women goes beyond who we serve. I host Roots & Realities, a podcast about marketing and motherhood sharing the honest stories of women building both, and I’m a proud member of BONDE, a private, vetted club of accomplished women professionals.
